Hehe. Well, not everything everything... When I visit I go over the first 5-10 pages of the front page, then check the New snaps for a while. Further visits during the day usually mean very little new content, so I don't really bother.
Yeah, I go check out individual tribes on occasion. Haven't really delved in the Following feed just yet... I'm more interested in content than in comments from specific users.
