An Epipen. For the price of the things, it's good to have one in public, never know when you might save your own, or someone else's life with it. Anyone who can afford one should buy one.
A reusable water bottle. We all get thirsty and we gotta stop filling up our Earth with plastic bottles from buying water. And it won't hurt to ditch the sugar filled drinks.
A musical instrument. Doesn't matter what it is. Just have it around. Sometimes you won't use it for weeks, other times you're just trying to find ways to make some tunes.
Books, even if you don't read them they make you seem more educated to those around you, and if you do read them you gain vast knowledge and/or infinite imaginative fun times. honestly its a win-win. Everyone should own at least one book.

Just an FYI as someone who has one due to allergy shots. They do expire so make sure to check the date.
Good advice. Honestly with how cheap they are I don't mind having one even though I have no allergies and checking whether they are in date.
