If you order a big breakfast at McDonald's, they give you the bread, a meat patty, egg and jam/jelly all separated. Ever since I was young I'd just slapped it all together and thought that a jam+meat+egg burger was what McDonald's intended.
It wasn't until I did this in front of friends in my adult life that I had any inclination that it was weird. I don't eat breakfast there that often, but when I do I still do this and I actually think it tastes pretty good!
