All of my living grandparents are on it, so it's a quick easy way of showing them pictures of their great-grandchild. And there are a few good groups based in/around the suburb I live in. There's a buy/sell/swap group that I got some good stuff from, and an info sharing page which is good for finding a recommended plumber/dentist/mechanic/whatever.
