I almost never check it, maybe once every 6 months or less...I keep it because somewhere in the back of my mind is "but...what if so-and-so who hasn't spoken to me in years all of a sudden wants to contact me?" Which is silly, I know but that's my brain's reasoning.
Same here, and then I get sucked down into a vortex of relationship drama, misinformation, and passive aggressive attention seeking status updates....... its a monster.
