I love how the Snapzu community very organically integrated the reddit "immigrants." There was no drama, and everyone worked together to make sure the community's "culture" was respected as the user base grew.
I love how discussions are always civil and respectful no matter the topic. It's like we're all friends of friends here, so nobody wants to be an ass just because they're on the Internet.
Finally, I love how sparingly the downvote button is used. I've been downvoted a few times (especially on topics touching on the Hugo Awards and the Sad Puppies... Wonder why?) but overall, when people disagree they do so respectfully through a comment, not through the downvote button.
