A mutual friend I met through work invited me to join his D&D campaign in reciprocation for my inviting him to join my game. He held his game at the home of one of his high school friends, a young woman and her husband. The hostess cooked roast beef with vegetables and I went back for seconds because it was that good. We became friends and half a year later started dating as she was divorcing her husband.
Ironically, it was the fact that I went back for seconds that got her attention. ;) She initially shut me down by claiming to be a lesbian except where her husband was concerned and I took that as an obvious signal to not flirt with her. So I behaved myself until she changed the rules.
