    Preparations for our wedding. I'm in charge of most of the preparation, my fiancee is expressly not allowed to stress about it. So far so good, most of what's left is the hard part: paying people. It makes me wish I had a rich relative to bankroll the event.

        Thank you. The clue was in the description: a "fiance" is a man while a "fiancee" is a woman.

            Sometimes I forget people aren't familiar with the same words I am. ;)

              I think having English as a second language will mean quite a few nuances will be lost, like that one. :-)

              English is an insane language to begin with. Most of its native speakers don't understand it. :/

      Congratulations! I'm helping out a friend who's also getting married, so I kind of get how stressful it is.

        Thank you. I still have plenty of time to prepare so the stress isn't that bad yet. Once family starts showing up that will change quickly.

      Congratulations! I got married about 6 weeks ago my self. Weddings are stressful as hell, but I'm sure your fiancee is worth it.

        Thank you, we're going to have fun with it. A very non-traditional wedding with a Pastafarian theme. We're hoping to offend plenty of family members with it. ;)
