These are mostly hangover prevention:
Drink 2 glasses of water and take 1 vitamine B pill before going to bed. Hangovers are usually caused by dehydration. And the vitamine B is needed, because alcohol breaks down vitamine B, a shortage of this doesn't help your body heal itself.
I assume you mean B6? Generally vitamins are a good idea though.
Yeah B6 in particular. But vitamines is almost always good. :)
