MY third grade teacher really had it in for me for some reason and I never did find out why, so I know the feeling.
All the kids dreaded getting her as a teacher and she was known as "Old lady Griffith" and had a very bad rep.
She tried to force me to be right handed, till my mother intervened. One morning, she just stuck a clock in my face and said:"What time is it?"
it was 9AM..But I looked up at her totally bewildered that an adult could not tell time! I then asked,in my young mind,a completely honest question:"You mean you don't know!?"
She was not amused, but the class was.
