Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood! I'm a little surprised no one has mentioned it yet.

One of the things I really loved about it was that it was captivating all the way through; I didn't feel like there were fillers or that part of the series suffered from a dip in quality.

The characters, the humor, the action, the storyline... I was genuinely sad when it was all over.
