I would say that my favorite is Steins;Gate. There are a lot of other series that I really liked, but this one really stood out. My least favorite, of the ones I've seen is probably Kampfer. It was pretty bad. I guess I could see how someone could like it, if they cared very little about substance, and just liked it for the weirdness, but it does not fit anything close to my definition of good.
