I've never been into Gundam, though this looks like a pretty great entry point for me. Really loved the traditional 2D mech animation; it's a welcome relief from the full-CGI types you see in series such as Expelled From Paradise and Knights of Sidonia. Probably gonna' check out Gundam 00 soon since it's produced by the same studio.
