Great Scott! They've actually done it. Fans have been worked into a franzy online as to what it all means. Animation creators Adult Swim have done what we've always dreamed of - they've managed to get Christopher Lloyd to star in 'Rick and Morty'.

Fans of the popular Rick and Morty animated series have been waiting for quite a long time to see what's next for the titular adventurers, as Season 3 ended way back in 2017. There have been no new episodes of Rick and Morty for nearly two years, but that's about to change in November when the highly-anticipated fourth season arrives on Adult Swim. Fortunately, the wait for new Rick and Morty will never be this long again.

It took a long awhile but Rick and Morty is getting a fourth season. And a lot more than that. Adult Swim has ordered a staggering 70 new episodes of the popular animated series as part of a new long-term deal with the show’s creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland. That is more episodes than Rick and Morty‘s first three seasons combined (31 episodes).
