While kicking a cop in the nuts is not something you should do and not expect them to react, however with that being said the cop should have been way more professional. From what I can see she is well restrained and he was in full control of the situation. Even with the shock of being kicked he has to hold himself to a higher standard and be in better control of his emotions. That is what the city and citizens, expect from him and all police officers.
