This is just like them trying to repeal the affordable care act. The justice department has already investigated this issue and found Planned Parenthood not in violation of any laws. Instead of accepting this answer, they're going to keep throwing their own people and our money and time at it until they find someone who will declare that planned parenthood has been engaged in illegal activity. This is partisan hackery at its worst.
