Segregation: 1.the action or state of setting someone or something apart from other people or things or being set apart:

society 1.the aggregate of people living together in a more or less ordered community

Desegregation has been the long attempted goal and necessity to society, thus resgregation would be applicable to any attempts to separate any group into it's own identity or politics, by definition.
