It makes sense that if someone coughs and has the disease and mucus comes from the cough you get it on you and touch your nose or eyes .... A cough does not come with Ebola(so I read),but does not rule out someone could cough randomly. The health workers need the best protection money can buy! No cutting corners to save money.
