It's just easier, and far more profitable, to take your car, your money, your house for that quarter-ounce of weed you were found with. Solving actual crimes is hard work, and there's no profit in it.
And DOD isn't going to give your department more MRAPs for solving rapes.
I know the solution. We need a War on Rapes!
That's how we eliminated poverty, gun violence, and drug use. Rape's days are numbered!
"routinely dumped without investigation." If you live in that county, get a gun. The police won't do a thing for years, maybe decades.
