Munich, started moving to Linux but a new government with a different political agenda is attempting to move back to windows, probably due to a massive lobbying effort from Microsoft.
I knew that would happen,it always does. I wonder how much money Windows threw at them to stay there?
I don't recall if Spain got out of their clutches or not.
Haven't other countries tried this and failed cause of something or other Microsoft did or promised to do?

Wasn't there a successful Linux government project in Spain though?
