I think mostly driving would be the same in all countries. I mean, Miles -> Kilometers, some countries drive on the Left instead of Right. I don't think a lot of the fundamentals would be that hard to change around. Not sure.
Well, there are some differences I signage (e.g. Comparison of European road signs, Road signs in the United States) though those aren't impossible obstacles. The US also has at least one driving related law I don't think is overly common, namely turning right on red. So those differences at least, though nothing that can't be overcome with training, certainly.
