Especially, the idea that tapping is all you need to do to change the card. It seems there doesn't any authentication required when switching between cards using the button. Suppose you hand it to a waiter who while handling it, inadvertently hits that button and the card changes then charging to the wrong card. What's to prevent that? More security info needed.
I just keep my wallet clean and organized.. Most stores allow you to just give them a phone number for points cards, and when it comes to other cards, I just have a case that I take with me when I plan to go shopping or anything else. My rule is 6 cards max, anything over that is just too much. Also, loosing your coin would be a nightmare.. fuck that
If you look on their FAQ under “security” Q. Can a Coin be used to skim cards? A. No. You can only add cards that you own to your Coin
I really want to know how can this be enforced. I mean, how can they protect it from various skimming techniques
