    They do sort of have a point with the smoke making its way into other dwellings through open windows, cracks in doors, etc. This wouldn't really bother me, but then again I don't smoke. Cant imagine how pissed smokers must be.

      I'm not a smoker too, but I think this goes too far. That is in violation of a smokers civil rights. They want to make it illegal to smoke on the public streets, that's one thing. But a person's home is theirs, not the city's. People have the right to do what ever they want in their own home.
