  • This book has helped me by showing me the way that I develop habits. By having this knowledge I have been able to create good habits, change existing habits, and try to mitigate bad habits. When something becomes habit it is a lot easier to do even when you don't feel like doing it. Hate to exercise? Make it a habit. It's worked pretty good for me.
