This is my only real major concern with legalization, the inability of a roadside test. With alcohol you have the breathalyzer, with other drugs it's going to have to be blood, and that's going to be a hassle.
In my country the police have a roadside saliva test that you have to lick. It's notoriously unreliable, giving apparently, false positives and false negatives.
If a legal limit for alcohol has been set for drivers why not set a legal limit for cannabinoids? Why the big discussion?
