New Jersey governor signs net neutrality order

New Jersey on Monday became the latest state to implement its own net neutrality rules following the Federal Communications Commission’s repeal of the Obama-era consumer protections.

    All these state level NN rules are being done be executive order, not legislation. One would think that the recent events of EOs being cancelled at the national level would be an object lesson to do this the right way. Clear case of the dumb leading the dumb.
