New York governor signs executive order to keep net neutrality rules after the FCC’s repeal
In an announcement today, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he has signed an executive order that would require internet service providers with state contracts to abide by net neutrality rules, even though the FCC recently voted to repeal those rules.

New York and Montana, that's two different appeals court regions, this could end up at the Supreme court once the lawsuits start flying, of course, that is assuming ATT and Comcast don't get there way and have the internet declared federal and have Congress pass the neutrality law they write.

Basically, with the GOP in control, we're fucked. The good news in some way I guess is these actions have turned moderates and young conservatives against the party in terms of this.
