You know its bad when the pilot has to order dozens of pizzas and pay out of his own pocket to make customers feel accommodated. The airline should have proper set guidelines for scenarios such as this... Either way, its really unknown if the CC was his or it was a company card. If it was his, I find his actions classy as hell.
