I'm an American and I'll admit. I'd love to "harm" Tsarnaev just as thoroughly and painfully as he mangled my fellow countrymen. He's a weak, shallow piece of shit that doesn't deserve the sun on his face ever again.
But the United States isn't just me. It's hundreds of millions of people. We have laws. He is An American citizen and will have his day in court. It will be impartial, and he will enjoy a defense. There will be a judge and jury convened for him, just like any other citizen.
If his father is concerned about the fairness of the trial, then I would encourage him to stop raising kids who blow up innocent people.
I'm surprised they didn't just jam him into Guantanamo and threw away the key.
