It's certainly a neat idea with a fun aesthetic. That green-grey powersaving mode is cute. I just think it's painted a bit too heavily by nostalgia.
Also I think the desire to have Nintendo games on a mobile(cell/expressly touch) platform is poorly placed. Opening them up to multiple platforms weakens the experience. Historically, I've grown to trust Nintendo with their own hardware and central IPs and dread what could happen on Android/iOS devices.
