Very interesting. The article paints a confusing picture of her, brilliant and decisive but arrogant and kind of closed minded. I'd say hurting, she seems to have a leadership style that could cause a lot of tension in an already tense environment.

It does say on the article that the redesign was already under way when she got to yahoo, so maybe she didn't have much to do with it.

Definitely similar! Goes to prove that sometimes art and not-art is only different in intent.

Yeah, it's a very interesting proyect. There was a similar one a few years back called The One Million Masterpiece but this one seems to have a much more visualy appealing 'end product' because of the way it's arranged and the nicer contributions.

Really? I like spiders as much as the next person, but I hate mosquitoes with a burning passion. (Kidding aside, there's no way in hell I'd go somewhere with that many spiders, mosquitoes or no)

Definitely! That bubble was terrible and many of the people that created it should've know that sooner or later it would burst, bankrupting millons of people. (Disclaimer: what I know about that particular bubble is from this documentary and articles online, so I might be talking out of my ass here)

Yep. I'm no economist, but we've seen a number of these bubbles over the years and they always end up bursting hard.
