Definitely! That bubble was terrible and many of the people that created it should've know that sooner or later it would burst, bankrupting millons of people. (Disclaimer: what I know about that particular bubble is from this documentary and articles online, so I might be talking out of my ass here)
Yep. I'm no economist, but we've seen a number of these bubbles over the years and they always end up bursting hard.
