How does a mistake like that even happen...
I think they're British so perhaps that slang doesn't translate quite the same way for them
Recently just saw a post about the phrase "Having a stroke" which to me up until that day, was an innocent phrase about a serious physical affliction. Now I just can't look at it the same... Thanks America! :P
