Raw Cacao Bliss Balls

My most recent batch was made using: 1 cup coconut flake (unsweetened) 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup agave syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil pinch of salt pinch of cinnamon I rolled them in extra coconut flakes.
Previously, I've rolled them in extra cacao powder, used honey (this made them very floral and much sweeter than expected), and used coconut flour rather than flake. I've seen people roll them in nuts, cacao nibs, or other interesting things.
