The head of Mexico's Sinaloa Cartel was captured overnight by U.S. and Mexican authorities at a hotel in Mazatlan, Mexico, the Associated Press has learned.

Congrats to the 2nd largest drug lord, who just moved up to top spot by default.
I see this happen in the olympics all the time.
I wonder if this will spark a new wave of violence, in an already war zone type environment in a lot of areas..
