My Orphan Espresso handgrinder fell down and the bean hopper broke. Thankfully, they make replacement parts and I soon got it working again! This thing is seriously built like a tank.

9 years ago+4 4 0Greetings, fellow Snapzuers!
I am a Norwegian, educated as a physicist, working as a high school math and physics teacher here in Norway.
I also train Taijiquan (Tai-chi) since 2001 and I have travelled far and wide to learn and improve my skills. I train in the older, original Chen style which is more martial than the other styles but also has great health potential. That also got me into the tea business for a while, importing tea from China and trying to make people more aware of tea. Lately I have been making more coffee though, I prefer using the Japanese V60 for a tasty pourover brew.
I also enjoy taking pictures and you can check out my Flickr here if you're interested: https://www.flickr.com/photos/oalsaker
I also emigrated from that other site, but let's not talk about that. This is a nice place! Me gusta!
