    No, your not talking from my viewpoint, rather to your attributions. I do not need "citations" proposed carbon taxes, and existing electric rate hikes more than substantiate my claim. "Why is it bad for us to move to better forms of energy, but okay to subsidize fossil fuel industries?" Only you seems to be arguing that point.

    When will it equal or cheapen the price of electricity from coal, as in today's market? ..........Meanwhile the poor suffer, and not just in the U.S.

Besides I have no "burden of proof" just facts you seem unable to refute. ...When will your alternate energy sources be as inexpensive as coal is today? The poor suffer without expensive electricity, as we all will pay for the increases, not just for our homes but practically for every product, the double whammy for everyone, esp those least able to afford it.
