    I'm actually thinking about trying this out this week. I'm thinking it might be cool to also add some walnuts or almond slivers to up both the fiber and fat content.

      My stomach actually grumbled at suggestion. I looooove pecans, I could chop some up and add it. Maybe a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds for just a bit of tartness to offset the creamy avocado. Oh my god, I'm hungry. Please keep suggesting things, haha
