    Oh, this is so perfect - I hate eating things that feel very "heavy" or "hot" during the summer, so there goes a lot of red meat/baked vegetable options. This looks perfect - I could have this with some cucumber slices, and a non-sweetened mint mojito and that would be pretty much a perfect summer meal to me. Thank you so much!

      I'm actually thinking about trying this out this week. I'm thinking it might be cool to also add some walnuts or almond slivers to up both the fiber and fat content.

        My stomach actually grumbled at suggestion. I looooove pecans, I could chop some up and add it. Maybe a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds for just a bit of tartness to offset the creamy avocado. Oh my god, I'm hungry. Please keep suggesting things, haha

    I'm one of those unfortunates with the "Cilantro taste like soap" gene,but I bet chives would work as well.
