I was exited to learn that the collective noun for jellyfish was "a bloom", had to google to verify, was disappointed to learn that it's actually "a smack". I call for a vote and my vote goes to "a bloom".
Yeah, I had to look it up. Wikipedia then pointed to me to this which is why I opted to use bloom instead of smack:
