Isn't it though. Not to mention that porn filters are demonstrably useless; people who want to see porn will find a way to do so, and in the meantime Cameron's filters will doubtless be blocking legitimate websites. Sigh.
They haven't been declared to be illegal — the ruling is that they must be opt-in.
