I like how the title blames oral sex and not the abuse of antibiotics, but then says the opposite:

She said: "When you use antibiotics to treat infections like a normal sore throat, this mixes with the Neisseria species in your throat and this results in resistance."

Antibiotic resistance comes from exposure to antibiotics, not from putting anyone's genitals in your mouth. We could do way better to control antibiotic abuse, but that would cut into the profits of the agricultural, pharmaceutical, and health care industries, so it's much easier to resort to the old trick of blaming the victim. It's not too hard since most righteous people (at least in public) are eager to agree that sex, a natural human activity, is a terrible depraved thing, and practicioners deserve a horrible death followed by eternal barbecuing in the god-chosen grill of hell.

That's quite scary. Why are humans so stupid?
