I wonder if these rocket suits will ever get safe enough to fly for regular people...and if so, when!
With a decent parachute system maybe a bit safer but probably not. How much energy would the suit have to store to be any kind of transport system? Having that much energy on your back is probably not ever going to be safe.
And the loudness,even with ear plugs, would most likely cause permanent hearing damage .
