The problem is not copyright. The problem is content distributors squeezing every single penny out of creative people while adding essentially no value to the content. I would very gladly pay a musician to listen to his music, but I refuse to pay a record label who adds nothing to the music and charges me 50 times what the musician gets. Not to mention filling my computer with rootkits and punishing people with absurdly disproportionate penalties for copying music.
