I have one of these, or similar. I bought it in Italy. It is the best thing for olive oil. When you put it down, excess oil runs down the spout and through the vein in the ground glass connection and back into the bottle. If you aren't eating more olive oil, you should be. Except possibly in the US where there is a lot of fake olive oil.
