    Every time some wrongdoing by the US government is exposed, it's the Russians' fault.

    You know, one thing that drew me to move to this country was how much I perceived it to be built on a foundation of personal responsibility. Yet it seems people keep choosing as their leaders people who will never, ever, admit to have done anything wrong. Somewhere along the way responsibility got lost.
