Good and Cheap is a collection of recipes for folks with limited income, particularly those on SNAP benefits (formerly the Food Stamp program). The book is a work-in-progress capstone project for my MA in Food Studies from NYU.

Just downloaded 'Good and Cheap' plus 'From Scratch' which is a vegetarian cookbook. Her recipes are easily accessible, totally affordable, and simply delicious. Not too shabby for something that's free! Recommend.
