    Sour dough bases definitely make things more complicated, but the taste is very unique as well. :) Definitely worth the extra effort for the occasional treat though!

    Well in fact it is not that intricating. In France it is very common, that is why our bread rocks! We call it "pain au levain" which means bread with sourdough.
