I was at the AWS Summit today when this was announced and I must say it was a serious game changer. The integration with Lambdas and S3 makes it ridiculously easy to spin up a working RESTful API for your app in a matter of minutes.
Some people were joking that next year they are going to announce a service to spin up virtual developers and completely replace our jobs. ;)
