I guess private prisons will become the new reservations.
Think of the managerial inefficiencies, though. Let's cut out the middlemen now rather than later, and simply return to chattel slavery.
Wasn't there a constitutional amendment about that? The 13th? I guess we can put hotel managers in charge, for them the number 13 doesn't exist.
